When was the last time you went to the gym?

If you chose a) because your schedule is crazy and you just can't deal, then these 10-minute exercise plans will change your life. And the best part is that you can change it up depending on how you feel on the day!

We know, we know. Making time to stand in uncomfortable positions and exercise might feel like a drag in the moment. But you'll be hella glad you did it when vacay time rolls around!

1. Starting out:

  • Focus: Full body
  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Reps: As many as you can do in 10 minutes
  • Exercises –

- 5 pushups

- 11 squats

- 14 plank taps

- 22 jumping jacks

- Rest for 45 seconds

 

2. Bodyweight workout:

  • Focus: Full body
  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Reps: 4
  • Exercises –

- Squats for 30 seconds

- Knee pushups for 30 seconds

- V-ups for 30 seconds

- Mountain climbers for 30 seconds

- Rest for 30 seconds

 

3. Something simple:

  • Focus: Full body Burner
  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Reps: 5
  • Exercises –

- Pushups for 30 seconds

- Rest for 30 seconds

- Squat jumps for 30 seconds

- Rest for 30 seconds

 

4. The challenge:

  • Focus: Full body
  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Reps: 5
  • Exercises –

-  6 burpees in 2 minutes

- 10 pushups in 2 minutes

- 14 plank jacks in 2 minutes

- 22 jump squats in 2 minutes
