The next chapter in the Far Cry series detours away from the tropical islands and exotic foreign locations for a phew-phew-bam-bam tale in Middle America.

You will find yourself alongside some pretty hostile lunatics and will need to use your tact and skills to chip away at their crazy plans. As usual, you will have access to a ton of vehicles as well as a number of tactical options when dealing with your enemies.

2. Red Dead Redemption 2

  • Releasing: 12 July 2018 (According to Amazon)
  • Platforms: PS4, Xbox One

What we know is that it will be another masterpiece with an endless open world to explore, great characters to meet, and stimulating multiplayer experience that will sync the online world for you to loot and shoot everything you want.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will take the game's best features to a new high thanks to the ability to develop the game on new hardware, as this is the first Red Dead on PS4 and Xbox One.

3. God of War

  • Releasing: 20 April 2018
  • Platforms: PS4

Another fantastic PS4 exclusive by Sony. The new series will be headed in a new direction. After the events of God of War III, Kratos has settled down in life and moved to a land where the Nordic gods live. The next adventure sees 's Kratos teaching his son all about the dangers of this new adventure if his new the land while trying to shield him from the truth of his past. It is a personal journey for him as he struggles to balance family with the curse of his past.

4. Vampyr

  • Releasing: 5 June 2018
  • Platforms: PS4, Xbox One and PC

The game casts you as a doctor-turned-vampire (Jonathan Reid) and follows his journey as he comes to terms with his supernatural affliction.

In the semi-open world of London in 1918, during the Spanish Flu epidemic, you'll be exploring 4 districts, which can all end up destroyed depending on your actions.

The game basically sees the protagonist in a conflict between his biological bloodlust and the Hippocratic oath he swore at the start of his career…players can choose to kill everyone they encounter to strengthen yourself or go through the entire game without feeding on anyone.

5. Spider-Man

  • Releasing: September 2018
  • Platforms: PS4

The much anticipated, standalone game and will tell its own unique story independent from the events portrayed in the movies.

Characters such as Peter Parker, Miles Morales and Mary Jane were confirmed in recent trailers, showing that the game is placing a big focus on narrative.

You will play as everyone's friendly neighbourhood superhero in an open world action-adventure title. You'll be free to explore the city of Manhattan by foot or in the air by swinging across sprawling skyscrapers and suburbs.

Environmental combat, parkour and stealth are core elements of gameplay with abilities you can unlock and upgrade while progressing. We hope the level of content matches the scope of Spider-Man's world.
